The facilities provided, like a personal safe, air conditioning, and iron, were all that I needed. The service I received was fantastic.- Convenient parking available outside.

The place was clean and we loved double room. The food in the bar was appetising. The staff was courteous and accommodating. The hotel had a central location and it was very close to Hull Marina. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, it was a bonus.

Excellent Location!
Flat sheets for duvets are so last millennium. At this price levels, you need duvet covers. Also, the TV's remote barely worked.

Breakfast. Location. Clean room.
I asked to give me a room on a higher level if possible, but they assigned a first floor room for handicapped person... I asked to change but the personnel told me the higher levels are for groups...The room located just next to the machine room and above the parking entrance, incredibly noisy and made us difficult to sleep.

Great room service and thought the environmental initiatives(not getting room made up) was a great idea
Mattress cover was very lumpy

It was close to the museum
When talking to staff and front desk i got different times for the pool than was posted. The pool closed early and was closed in the middle of the afternoon. The lifeguard did not control the pool. I had young kids there and we had to leave. The life guard allowed parents to bring in beer and thus they were not watching their kids. We were very disappointed in how the pool operated.
